New Spirit Balloons Asbl is like many other balloon clubs a non-profit association. However, we do not sell tickets for a hot air balloon flight, but for an active member license valid for 13 months to fly with us. In this sense, please understand that it is not possible for us to refund the amount paid to join our club.

1. Complete the form relating to your personal information, make the payment directly in our shop.
If the flight is a gift, the person must contact us later to change and / or complete this information.

2. Once the payment has been made, we will send you a good (valid 13 months) by email

3. We inform all passengers by email and on our website flight planning.
(Usually 1 to 7 days in advance, depending on the weather conditions)

4. You can obviously contact us to tell us about a specific request to fly a particular day or period. However, please understand that we can not always guarantee a flight on a pre-selected date due to weather conditions, pilot availability and restaurant availability (if you have chosen the VIP package)
