Below, you will find all the recommendations and practical advice to enable us to continue our activity in the best possible conditions while guaranteeing the good preservation of everyone's health. 

Precautionary measures are in place to ensure your safety as well as the safety of the pilots and crew members  :

- Wearing a mandatory mask throughout the duration of the service

- Limit physical contact as much as possible

- No companions as far as possible

We will ask you to bring your own mask, gloves and hydro alcoholic gel.

Regarding transport, a seat will be allocated to each passenger. They must be respected on the outward and return journeys. 

Our vehicles will be disinfected after each service as well as our equipment and the basket.

The instructions given by the members of the crew and the pilots, as well as the briefing must be respected to the letter.

We do everything to ensure your safety.  and allow you to enjoy this beautiful hot air balloon adventure. We only ask for your cooperation, your sense of civility and respect.
