New Spirit Balloons Asbl is like many other balloon clubs a non-profit organization. However, we do not sell tickets only for a hot air balloon flight, but for an active membership card valid for 13 months allowing you to fly with us. In this sense, please understand that it is therefore not possible for us to refund the amount paid to join our club.

  1. Contact us by e-mail or telephone, pay for the membership card, sent by e-mail.
    If the flight is a gift, the person must contact us later in order to change and/or complete this information.

     

  2. Once payment has been made, we will send you your ticket(s) (valid for 13 months) by email.
     

  3. We inform all passengers by email of the flight schedule.
    (Generally 1 to 7 days in advance, depending on weather conditions).

     

  4. You can of course contact us to let us know of a specific request to fly on a particular day or over a specific period. However, please understand that we cannot always guarantee a flight on a previously chosen date due to weather conditions, pilot availability and restaurant availability (if you have chosen the VIP package).
